Aideen Murphy ACA, CTA | Partner | Tax, Treasury & Practice
Aideen Murphy is tax and accounting trained/qualified through Big 4 and within Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm leads the Tax, Treasury and Practice area of the business.
Aideen is a subject matter expert in tax and practice careers, is an active member of the Women in Tax committee, regularly contributes to publications on the tax and accounting profession and advises Partners, CFOs and tax leadership teams in Munster on attracting and retaining world class teams.

Aoibhín Byrne | Business Lead | Expert in Tax, Treasury, Audit and Corporate Finance Careers
Aoibhín Byrne is a Talent Advisor and Business Lead at Barden. Before joining Barden in 2019, Aoibhín spent three years with KPMG Cork & Dublin where she specialised in Corporate Tax and supported an range of multinational businesses.
Aoibhín excels in advising and supporting businesses and professionals in the Tax and Treasury space, and is known for her strategic and commercial acumen. She has played a major role in shaping the recruitment strategies of clients, both businesses and professionals. Aoibhín remains at the forefront of tax, talent and market trends to ensure she provides valuable insights in the ever-evolving tax and treasury landscape.

Kate Flanagan CTA | Partner | Tax & Practice
Trained through Big 4, Kate qualified in tax in 2006 and spent a number of years post qualification in both practice and industry before moving to recruitment in 2010.
Kate is a member of Barden’s Tax Recruitment Practice in Dublin, is a subject matter expert in tax careers, regularly contributes to publications on the tax profession and advises CFOs and tax leadership teams in Leinster on attracting and retaining world class teams.
